ABOUT

WALLACE
STANCIEL

While some leaders are created, others are born to lead. As an agent of change, author and soldier—spiritually and naturally—Wallace Stanciel knows firsthand how to weather times of war and come out victorious on the other side.

As a United States Army veteran and retiree from the United States Postal Service, he prides himself on being a man of discipline, values and integrity. And while he loves personally winning and enjoying life, his greatest passion and pursuit is to see the people whom he loves growing and living a life of fulfillment.

Recognizing that the Black race is a forgiving race, Wallace seeks to open blinded eyes to the unadulterated truth about the identity of the Black race as a whole.

Intentional about living a long life, Wallace loves sports, fitness and healthy eating. Realizing that two of life’s most precious assets is time and relationships, he is a mighty man of valor whether he’s on the battlefield literally or figuratively.

Understanding that the Black race has achieved everything they were striving for, he believes the race as a whole is at the crossroad of the valley of decisions.

Tradition versus Scripture is where this road gets narrow, and he’s more than qualified to lead others down the right road.

Holding both an associate’s and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Davenport University, Wallace also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Operation Management.

In addition, he attended Capella University’s three-year accelerated program of DBA specializing in Strategy and Innovation but was unable to finish due to medical issues.

In his debut book, Wallace takes readers on a journey of self-discovery—not just of themselves—but of the Black race as a whole. Intentional about educating and empowering Black people to stop living a life of destruction, he singlehandedly peels back the layers that cause Black people to intentionally hurt other Black people because of their mental illness surrounding racial disparities.

He does this through helping Black people become self-autonomous, ushering them into the courage and moral independence of finding the truth of who we are as a race and what is behind the religion we’ve worshipped for decades.
